Explore the staggering scenes of the High Atlas on multi day trek to the beautiful Imlil town and the well known Kik Plateau. Enjoy a fascinating trip to meet local Berber individuals who live in this beautiful town settled at the foot of the highest peak in North Africa: the Toubkal.

Just 70 km from Marrakech, Imlil is the last town before the climb of Toubkal. After passing the Gorge of Asni, a pleasant town known for its Saturday markets, the course proceeds with a fancy valley mountain, astonishing natural citadels  are a delight to your eyes with a variety of beautiful hues. From the town, one sees the old kasbah overlooking the valley. Further down toward Moulay Brahim, the Kik level appears to be covered up in the atlas, and you can locate the mystery of the Lake Takerkoust.

Imlil kikplateau via Lake Takerkoust: for this excursion we will take you to Imlil by lake (dum) Lalla Takrkoust, then continue to the plateau Kik where you can stop for a cup of traditional mint tea in a Berber house.

For this excursion you will be taken to your riad or hotel and transfer to Imlil by the lake (dum) Lalla Takrkoust, then continue to the plateau Kik where you will stop for a cup of tea in a Berber house (it is an optional stop, if you want to stop for the pictures after that, we continue to Imlil via Asni and Moulay Brahim. Once we get to Imlil there is an hour walk to the Berber house where you will have lunch. After lunch, there will be an option to have a camel ride.
